BLOG.FL-ESTATEPLANNING.COM: HOPE YOU WERE NOT ...

The increase in lifespan of members of older generation and medical expenses are depleting?the amount of money that the greatest generation has to bequest to their heirs. While some future heirs are well aware that the amount of inheritance that they are likely to receive has decreased, less than half of the members of Generation Z still believe that they will receive a large inheritance. Generation Z encompasses ages 13-22. These individuals are so confident that many of them do not believe that they have to prepare or save for retirement.

In contrast, only 16% of their parents expect to actually provide an inheritance to these children. More than half of the people in this generation argue that leaving an inheritance is not their primary concern. On the other hand, this generation of adults is more likely to pay for their child's college education and do not expect their children to help them if they run out of retirement money. What members of Generation Z need to understand is that the financial situation of our country is not as secure as it was years ago. Many seniors today think that Social Security or their pensions will not always be around to secure their finances. With the changing situation, people are less and less likely to worry about what they will leave behind and more about whether they will have enough to survive.

Among adults with at least $100,000 in investable assets, 58% say leaving an inheritance is not a primary concern. Instead, 42% say that saving for retirement is their primary financial goal, while passing on money to a future generation is far down the list. Only 2% say it is a primary financial goal.

Sarasota and Manatee County Florida residents need to pay attention to these facts and not rely upon the next generation to fund their future retirements. So as each generation earns less than the prior one and social security runs annual deficits, retirement planning will become more important than ever.

9/11 Remembered: Jon Stewart Asks "Are You Okay?"

On September 20, 2001, Jon Stewart returned to work for the first time since the terrorist attacks that changed a city and a nation forever just nine days earlier.

In the uncomfortable and emotional position of welcoming viewers to a show based on parodying politics and current events, the New Jersey native delivered a heartfelt monologue in which he initially asked everyone at home:

"Are you okay? We pray that you are and that your family is."

Choking back tears, the host went on to find the silver lining in this unfathomable loss, calling the recovery "Martin Luther King's dream realized" and concluding with:

"The view from my apartment was the World Trade Center... this symbol of American ingenuity and strength and labor and imagination and commerce and it's gone."

"But you know what the view is now? The Statue of Liberty. The view from the south of Manhattan is the Statue of Liberty. You can't beat that."

Indeed.

Salt seeds clouds in the Amazon rainforest: Researchers track down the sources of condensation nuclei

ScienceDaily (Sep. 10, 2012) ? It's morning, deep in the Amazon jungle. In the still air innumerable leaves glisten with moisture, and fog drifts through the trees. As the sun rises, clouds appear and float across the forest canopy ... but where do they come from? Water vapor needs soluble particles to condense on. Airborne particles are the seeds of liquid droplets in fog, mist, and clouds.

To learn how aerosol particles form in the Amazon, Mary Gilles of the Chemical Sciences Division at the U.S. Department of Energy's Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) and David Kilcoyne of the Lab's Advanced Light Source (ALS) worked with Christopher P?hlker of Germany's Max Planck Institute for Chemistry (MPIC) as part of an international team of scientists led by MPIC's Meinrat Andreae and Ulrich P?schl. They analyzed samples of naturally formed aerosols collected above the forest floor, deep in the rainforest.

Combined with results from other facilities, the ALS analysis provided essential clues to the evolution of fine particles around which Amazon clouds and fog condense, beginning with chemicals produced by living organisms. The team found that among the most important initial triggers of the process are potassium salts.

Dissecting invisible aerosols

At ALS beamline 5.3.3.2, the researchers performed scanning transmission x-ray microscopy (STXM) to determine the near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) of particles collected during the wet season in the remote, pristine forest northeast of Manaus, Brazil.

"Through absorption of soft x-rays by an atom's core electrons, and subsequent emission of photons, the identity and exact location of the elements in the aerosol samples can be identified," says Kilcoyne. "The essence of STXM is that it not only tells you if carbon is present but how this carbon is bound to other elements within the aerosol particles. This allows us to distinguish between soot, which is graphitic, and organic carbon."

The researchers found three different types of organic aerosol particles, all similar to laboratory-generated reference samples: oxidation products based on precursor chemicals emitted in the gas phase by trees, including terpenes (the major component of turpentine) from tree resin, and isoprene, another organic compound abundantly released through leaves.

"In the beginning we focused on the carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen contents of the organic materials," says P?hlker. "But then, to our surprise, we found very high potassium levels, up to 20 percent." The 77 Amazonian aerosol samples were remarkable for the strong signal of potassium, in the form of salts, in all but three of them.

The samples were on the scale of mere millionths or billionths of a meter. The smaller the aerosol, the greater the proportion of potassium -- those collected early in the morning were the smallest and richest in potassium. Larger particles contained more organic material but not more potassium. These facts suggest that potassium salts generated during the night acted as seeds for gas-phase products to condense onto, forming aerosols of different kinds.

"Biomass burning is also a rich source for potassium-containing aerosols in forested regions, but potassium from forest fires is correlated with the presence of soot, a graphitic form of carbon," Gilles says. "Before and during the collection period there were no documented fires that could have affected the biosphere where the samples were collected, and no evidence of soot was observed in the samples. Hence the source of potassium could only have been natural forest organisms."

Prime suspect

Fungal spores in the larger aerosol samples pointed to the prime suspect. Some fungi launch spores by building up water pressure through osmosis in sacs (asci) that contain the spores; when the pressure is great enough, the ascus bursts and squirts the spores into the air, along with fluid containing potassium, chloride, and sugar alcohol. Other fungi fire "ballistospores" when water vapor in the atmosphere condenses and causes a sudden release of restraining surface tension, also ejecting potassium, sodium, phosphates, sugars, and sugar alcohol.

Other biogenic mechanisms also release salts into the early morning mists that cover the forest, including salts dissolved in water by transpiration during the day and, at night, the oozing of sap rich in sugars, minerals, and potassium from the edges of leaves.

Thus invisibly tiny grains of potassium salts, generated by natural plants and other living things at night and early in the morning, play a key role in the formation of aerosols in the rainforest.

Terpenes and isoprenes are primarily released in the gas phase by plants in the jungle, and once in the atmosphere they react with water, oxygen, and organic compounds, acids, and other chemicals exuded by indigenous plants. These reaction products are less volatile and initiate the condensation within the low-lying forest biosphere. Since the smallest particles are typically the most important in condensation, potassium salts fill the role. As the day goes on, gas-phase products continue to condense and the particles continue to grow.

Throughout the rainy season the cloud cover, precipitation, water cycle, and finally the climate of the Amazon basin and beyond can be traced back to salts from fungi and plants in the undisturbed jungle, providing the precursors of natural cloud-condensation nuclei and directly influencing how fog and clouds form and evolve in the rainforest.

High-temperature superconductivity induced in a semiconductor with Scotch tape

ScienceDaily (Sep. 11, 2012) ? An international team led by University of Toronto physicists has developed a simple new technique using Scotch poster tape that has enabled them to induce high-temperature superconductivity in a semiconductor for the first time. The method paves the way for novel new devices that could be used in quantum computing and to improve energy efficiency.

"Who would have thought simply sticking things together can generate entirely new effects?" said team leader and U of T physicist Ken Burch. High-temperature superconductors are materials that conduct electricity without heating up and losing energy at liquid nitrogen temperatures. They are currently in use for transmitting electricity with low loss and as the building blocks of the next generation of devices (quantum computers).

However, only certain compounds of iron, copper and oxygen -- or cuprates -- reveal high-temperature superconducting properties. Cuprates were believed to be impossible to incorporate with semi-conductors, and so their real-world use has been severely limited as has the exploration of new effects they may generate. For example, observing the phenomenon of the proximity effect -- wherein the superconductivity in one material generates superconductivity in an otherwise normal semi-conductor -- has been difficult because the fundamental quantum mechanics require the materials to be in nearly perfect contact.

That's where the poster tape comes in. "Typically, junctions between semi-conductors and superconductors were made by complex material growth procedures and fabricating devices with features smaller than a human hair," explains Burch. "However the cuprates have a completely different structure and complex chemical make-up that simply can't be incorporated with a normal semiconductor."

So instead, the team used Scotch poster tape and glass slides to place high-temperature superconductors in proximity with a special type of semi-conductor known as a topological insulator. Topological insulators have captured world-wide attention from scientists because they behave like semi-conductors in the bulk, but are very metallic at the surface. The result was induced superconductivity in these novel semi-conductors: a physics first.

The U of T team members include Kenneth S. Burch, Alex Hayat, Parisa Zareapour, Shu Yang F. Zhao, Michael Kreshchuk, Achint Jain. All are members of the Department of Physics and Institute for Optical Sciences and Alex Hayat who holds an additional appointment with U of T's Centre for Quantum Information and Quantum Control. Other scientists collaborating on the project are: Sang-Wook Cheong, Daniel C. Kwok and Nara Lee of Rutgers University, G.D. Gu, Ahijun Xu and Zhijun Xu of Brookhaven National Laboratory and Robert Cava of Princeton.

The work, published in Nature Communications, was supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, the Canadian Foundation for Innovation, the Ontario Ministry for Innovation and the National Science Foundation.

Chicago strike: Parents support teachers, but for how long? (+video)

Parents in Chicago are marching with the city's teachers, but some wonder how long this support will last if children are forced to miss days or weeks of school because of the strike. The teachers union has made efforts to inform parents about their position. ?

As Chicago teachers walked the picket lines for a second day, they were joined by many of the very people who are most inconvenienced by their strike: the parents who must now scramble to find a place for children to pass the time or for babysitters.

Mothers and fathers ? some with their kids in tow ? are marching with the teachers. Other parents are honking their encouragement from cars or planting yard signs that announce their support in English and Spanish.

Unions are still hallowed organizations in much of Chicago, and the teachers union holds a special place of honor in many households where children often grow up to join the same police, firefighter or trade unions as their parents and grandparents.

"I'm going to stay strong, behind the teachers," said the Rev. Michael Grant, who joined teachers on the picket line Tuesday. "My son says he's proud, 'You are supporting my teacher.'"

But one question looming over the contract talks is whether parents will continue to stand behind teachers if students are left idle for days or weeks. That ticking clock could instill a sense of urgency in the ongoing negotiations.

Mary Bryan, the grandmother of two students at Shoop Academy on the city's far South Side, supports the teachers because she see "the frustration, the overwork they have." A protracted labor battle, she acknowledged, would "test the support" of many families.

Parents "should stick with them, but they might demand teachers go back to work," Bryan added.

To win friends, the union has engaged in something of a publicity campaign, telling parents repeatedly about problems with schools and the barriers that have made it more difficult to serve their kids. They cite classrooms that are stifling hot without air conditioning, important books that are unavailable and supplies as basic as toilet paper that are sometimes in short supply.

"They've been keeping me informed about that for months and months," Grant said.

It was a shrewd tactic, said Robert Bruno, professor of labor and employment relations at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

"This union figured out they couldn't assume the public would be on their side so they went out and actively engaged in getting parent support," Bruno said. "They worked like the devil to get it."

But, said some reform advocates, public opinion could swing against the union relatively soon if the dispute seems to carry on with no resolution in sight.

Juan Jose Gonzalez is the Chicago director for the education advocacy group Stand for Children, which has hundreds of parent volunteers and was instrumental in pushing legislative reforms in Illinois. He says parents "are all over the map" in terms of their support for teachers or the school district.

(AP) ? The Obama administration maintains it is unable to say how many times one of the government's most politically sensitive anti-terrorism surveillance programs ? which is up for renewal this week on Capitol Hill ? has inadvertently gathered intelligence about U.S. citizens.

The administration is seeking renewal of the program and defends its value, however.

In a briefing for reporters on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence said Tuesday that the program designed to monitor international communications by terrorist suspects has collected an extraordinary amount of valuable intelligence overseas about foreign terrorist suspects while simultaneously protecting civil liberties of Americans.

Originated by the George W. Bush administration, the program was publicly disclosed by The New York Times in 2005 and was restructured in 2008 to provide oversight by a secret federal court and with additional oversight from Congress.

Civil liberties groups and some members of Congress have expressed concern that the government may be reviewing the emails and phone calls of law-abiding Americans in the U.S. who are at the other end of communications with foreign terrorist suspects being monitored abroad.

The House began debating renewal of the program Tuesday and expected to vote Wednesday. A hold has been placed on the legislation in the Senate by one of the program's critics, Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore.

The program "is not a tool for spying on Americans," said Robert Litt, the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Litt said the program cannot be used to target American citizens and cannot be used to target people within the U.S. In addition, it cannot be used to collect the contents of any communication when all the participants are in the United States, said the ODNI's general counsel.

There has never been any intentional effort to bypass restrictions, he added.

At Tuesday's news briefing, reporters repeatedly pressed Litt on how many times the program's legal restrictions had been pierced.

Litt pointed out that the National Security Agency, the ODNI and independent inspectors general for each office have said information is not readily available on the number of instances involving unintentional monitoring of U.S. citizens.

Asked about the program's successes, Litt said that the ability to collect certain kinds of communications that cannot be gathered any other way is "incredibly helpful." He said that being more specific would signal to the targets of the surveillance what was being collected.

In July, the administration acknowledged in a rare disclosure that the program had exceeded legal limits on at least one occasion, but that the problem had been remedied. The ODNI made the comment in a letter to Wyden, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

On at least one occasion, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court held that an intelligence collection effort was "unreasonable under the Fourth Amendment" requirement to obtain a court warrant, Wyden said at the time.

In response, the intelligence office said that Wyden's statements "may convey an incomplete and potentially misleading understanding" of what is at issue.

Litt said he had met with Wyden, talked through the issues and that the ODNI was prepared to continue doing that.

"If a problem develops, we fix it," Litt said of the program.

Massage & Good Health

Brush aside any thoughts that massage is only a luxury splurge that has no real health benefits. To the contrary, hands-on healing helps you unwind, lowers blood pressure, promotes muscle relaxation and boosts your immune system. During a massage session, massage therapists use their hands and forearms to press and manipulate your skin, tendons, ligaments and muscles. The strokes gently move your blood, oxygen and lymph to various tissues and organs in a way that normally doesn?t happen in the bodies of most people. As a result, the person who is receiving the massage experiences a level of physical and mental renewal that is hard to surpass.

Hidden Health Benefits of Human Touch

Today, numerous well respected studies indicate that massage therapy doesn?t only feel good, it is also good for you. Take a look at the health benefits below and discover the power of human touch:

  • Stress & anxiety relief
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Blood pressure control
  • Better circulation
  • Pain reduction
  • Reduced injury recovery
  • Improved quality of sleep

But there?s more ? a study published in the?Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine?suggests that individuals who undergo massage therapy experience measurable?improvements in their immune response.

Mark Rapaport, M.D., and his colleagues from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center followed 53 healthy adults who were divided into two groups: The participants received either 45 minutes of Remedial massage or the same amount of time of gentler massage, which is much milder and served mainly as a comparison to the more vigorous Remedial massage. After examining their blood samples, the scientists found that people in the Swedish massage group experienced a decrease in cortisol and a significant increase in lymphocytes, cells that keep our immune system strong.

?More research is ahead of us but it appears that a single massage may deliver a measurable benefit,? Rapaport said in a news release.

Massage is far more potent therapy than most people realize. In fact, it can (and should) replace analgesics as a?treatment for tension headaches. As it turns out, it takes only a 30-minute massage on cervical (neck) Trigger Points to boost autonomic nervous system regulation and alleviate the symptoms. Patients also report an improvement in their psychological and physiological state, which goes hand in hand with the reduction in stress and anxiety associated with such a disturbing condition.

Stress and lack of rest have devastating effects on our health, fitness and beauty. Don?t be afraid to find yourself a good massage therapist and get some healing on a regular basis. When you?re taking care of your skin and what?s beneath it, you are taking care of your whole world.

Sitting Back & Neck Pain

Back, neck and shoulder pain is the natural result of prolonged sitting at work behind a computer, as is bad posture. This can cause headaches and excessive tension in neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, wrists, back, hips, and legs. The result is increased fatigue to the muscles and ligaments supporting the lower back and this can eventually lead to tissue injury and spinal joint dysfunction. Avoid these problems by posture correction, exercise and correct use of equipment.

Symptoms of back problems due to excessive computer use include:
* Back and neck muscle spasm and pain
* Back and neck soft tissue inflammation
* Back, neck and shoulder pain on movement and involvement of other muscles as a reaction
* Referred pain to buttocks and legs or up the spine

Preventing back and neck pain while sitting is not an exact science as there are many differing opinions on the subject. However, there are some common denominators:

Tips to Prevent Computer Related Neck and Shoulder Pain

Do not slouch in front of the computer, or lie on a couch/ in bed and work on a laptop.
Do not work for hours in front of a computer without breaks.
Do not ignore back twinges and back pain, hoping that the problem will resolve itself.
Avoid taking pain or anti-inflammatory medication when in pain from using a computer. This will serve to mask the symptoms but may lead to serious injury or permanent nerve damage in the long term.
Do not sit on one leg or sit with legs crossed as this causes additional strain to the back.
Do not perch a laptop on the lap and stare down at the screen ? this places extra strain on the neck, spine and arms.
Buy a chair that encourages you to use your back muscles, such as a stool chair with no back or arm rests. Lower back pain can be reduced or eliminated by strengthening the lower back muscles through active sitting exercises.
Buy an ergonomic keyboard and mouse and ensure that the height is adjusted appropriately.
Have a break every hour and do stretching exercises like neck rolls, chin tucks, cupping head in hands behind the head and extension exercises.

A plumbing leak under your slab is not only a serious problem, it's not something many homeowners often think about; let alone, have to worry about. But when problems arise from faulty plumbing materials or poor installations during construction, under slab plumbing leaks are one of the worst problems--and least detected, making their locations difficult to interpret at best. While it's like searching for a needle in a haystack for the uninitiated homeowner, it's like a submarine sinking a battleship for a licensed and insured underground leak detection company.

Simple Leak Detection Methods

Even though it's always a good idea to have a professional underground location specialist check your home for underground water leaks, you can determine easily enough if your water leak is actually under your slab, or if it's in the main line that feeds the from the water meter or well pump head. Typically, the main shutoff valve looks like a conventional faucet head, but is painted bright blue to signify the main feed. This is often found on the outside of the home, in the garage and even in the basement.

Once you've accessed the main shutoff valve, you can turn off the water to the home. Check the water meter numbers or stay by the well pump--you may need to wait about fifteen minutes for any effects to take place. If the well pump turns on repeatedly or the main water meter (down by the road) keeps turning, you have a leak that's in your main line and not under the slab.

Upon your return into the home, turn on the nearest faucet and check the pressure. If there is air in the line, little-to-no water pressure or gurgling after the faucets drained, you may have a water leak under your slab or in the home. Even the weakest of water leaks can turn into a dangerous problem. Sinkholes, water rotting wood fungus and foundation damages can permanently ruin your home, ensuring an expensive repair job at best.

Water Pressure Problems

Sometimes, under slab water leaks can go on for years without notice. By the time they are caught; it's often too late, the damages have already been done. Water pressure problems are often one of the first signs that you may have a water leak under your homes concrete slab. Whether you have a well pump or city water, poor water pressure can be caused by a number of problems and may need to be solved using a number of solutions. If water pressure problems persist where they once were not, you may be experiencing the early stages of an under slab water leak.

While plumbers often have a good chance of finding your plumbing water pressure problems first, if all solutions have failed, it's a good chance that you have a water leak under your homes concrete slab. Be sure that you contact a licensed, insured and experienced underground leak detection specialist like Southern Leak Detection if you've already hired a plumber to no avail, so we can solve all of your underground leak problems sooner--rather than later. Fla. officer in Obama motorcade struck, killed

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) ? A motorcycle police officer who was part of President Barack Obama's motorcade to a campaign event in Florida died Sunday after being struck by a pickup truck.

Officer Bruce St. Laurent, 55, was a 20-year veteran of the Jupiter Police Department and one of several officers from agencies across Palm Beach County helping with security for the president's visit.

He was ahead of the motorcade on Interstate 95 preparing to shut down the highway when he was hit by the Ford F-150, Palm Beach County Sheriff's spokeswoman Teri Barbera said. He was taken to nearby St. Mary's Medical Center and was pronounced dead.

Jupiter Police spokesman Sgt. Scott Pascarella, told The Palm Beach Post (http://bit.ly/QdMZwr ) he trained St. Laurent when he was a new officer.

"We didn't lose a co-worker. We lost a friend," Pascarella told the newspaper. "He would do anything for anyone."

Barbera said an investigation was ongoing and no charges had yet been filed against the driver.

Obama was on the second day of a bus tour through the key swing state and made a campaign appearance Sunday at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

White House press secretary Jay Carney said the president didn't see the accident, but he was notified of the officer's death and said "our thoughts and prayers are with the officer's family."

The Post also reported that St. Laurent had been a motorcycle officer for 18 years and in 2005 he earned a Distinguished Service Award by the Traffic Safety Committee of the Palm Beaches.

The newspaper reported that tn 2001, he was injured when a vehicle he was chasing suddenly stopped and he rammed into it. The two occupants were later arrested, one on a charge of driving with a revoked license and the other for having an outstanding warrant for reckless driving.

Consider offering an e-freebie that represents your business or service well, and put it out there where it can reach the masses. For example, an ebook can be listed with sites that list free ebooks. There are lots of different websites that offer general freebies, articles, e-books and e-zines that you can try to submit it to.

TIP! People are impressed by power and an important title. Name yourself CEO of your business.

Internet marketing is one of the most useful tools to ensure that your business is reaching as many people as possible. This article has helpful information to help you become a success through Internet marketing. You will be well on your way to becoming a successful Internet marketer with this information in hand.

While a few bells and whistles can enhance your site, avoid making it too busy or distracting. You only have a few seconds to engage your potential customer and give them a reason to stay on your site. Any longer, and they are bound to move on.

TIP! Make sure that you stay on top of all of the newest Internet developments. The Internet is continuously changing, and it is changing quickly, so keeping up with all of the new innovations and popular websites can really help you to know what would be the best way to get your product more available to the public.

It is important to research how people feel about your product or brand, specifically if you are promoting an online event or sale. After you have launched your online promotion event, keep track of the way people are responding to it on forums and blogs. Acknowledge positive reactions, and incorporate the advice offered in negative reactions.

Deal with complaints personally. While passing off complaints to an outside firm may seem tempting, you?ll get improved results if you take care of them yourself. It can go a long way if you respond personally to a customer?s concerns, and offer a solution where possible.

TIP! Prepare yourself for any questions you may be asked. Traffic will be attracted to your website because they are looking for information and will quickly move on if you can?t provide them with what they need.

Think about your service or product, and how good the quality actually is. The fact is that a low-quality product will never sell, even if the advertising is spot-on. A first-rate product will go a long way towards increasing your sales profits.

Include content that is rich and original on your site. Search engines will notice the rich content as well as the uniqueness of your offerings, and visitors will want to keep coming back to see what you have added that no other website offers.

Increase your online presence by promoting your products on popular online website. This can really help get your name out there and is worth the initial investment in the long run. Make certain to chose the site your ad will be seen on wisely; it should be very popular and a great place to showcase your business.

TIP! You can?t succeed at Internet marketing without a great website. Regularly check your website for bad links, glitches and broken graphics, and eliminate them immediately.

A good way to add customers to your email list is to have a page that will prompt your customers to enter their email. This will encourage visitors to enter their email addresses. You may decide to provide a free promotional gift in exchange for email addresses. People are more inclined to do something for you if you do something for them.

It is a great idea to include user polls on your site where you post content for interaction and feedback purposes. If you use the results you will be able to tell what your users want to see, and allow them to be involved in the decision making process.

TIP! Use AJAX and Flash sparingly. These things look great, but they can slow your site down, and they do nothing to help your rankings.

Draw traffic to your site by featuring regular events and promotions. A one-dollar sale is a great way to get people in your virtual door. Your site will attract more visitors, who will see your other products and services while they are stopping by to pick up their promo item. They may leave with more than just the e-book if they find something else of interest on your site.

Stick to the things that you advertise. Many people don?t trust what they?re reading. Testimonials, results of studies, along with great references and guarantees help to ensure a sense of credibility. If you simply make statements without any proof, many people will simply dismiss your product and your business.

Internet Marketing

Try offering incentives for referrals! You can turn a single sale into many if you offer customers something free for referrals. People love getting stuff for free and the more traffic you get the higher your sales will be.

TIP! To achieve your Internet marketing plans, consider adding the quality content of a personal video interview with an expert in your business niche to your website features. These interviews could be text-only, or you may post videos or audio instead.

As stated above, Internet marketing helps your business get noticed. When conventional advertising just won?t give your product the exposure it needs, Internet marketing saves the day. Implement the tips mentioned and you?re sure to get your business the visibility you wish for

A good tip for your site is to have a place where customers can interact with one another. By doing this, you are helping foster community so your business becomes more than a product seller. People enjoy being a part of a group and this will give them a good reason to keep visiting your site.?
